HTC Puccini tablet stops by the FCCPosted on: July 18, 2011
Remember the HTC Puccini tablet which was expected to hit stores this summer? Well, it's on the right track, although its launch date has definitely been pushed back. The slate has recently stopped by the FCC, sporting the model number PG09410 and, as previously rumored, it'll probably come to AT&T.
This is of course a Honeycomb slate we're talking about, and it will come equipped with dual speakers, GSM 850, 1900MHz frequencies, and 3G WCDMA 850 and 1900MHz bands, as well as LTE. The slate appears to feature a 10-inch display, but no more details or specs are known for now.
Although the tablet was supposed to launch this June, there's still hope that it may hit stores this summer, since we still have one month and a half to go. Who knows when it comes, but it better be a real competition killer if HTC wants to really impress in both popularity and the number of tablets sold.
