After announcing a few 7-inch tablets on the market last year, the Japanese company has decided to expand the family with a larger 10.1-inch Gingerbread tablet dubbed RW-T110.
The slate sports a 10.1-inch screen with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, a 1GHz TI OMAP processor alongside 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of built-in memory, a NFC chip as well as a 6,240mAh battery that promises to offer up to 9 hours of continuous video playback time.
Sharp's upcoming tablet will be first available in Japan on March 27th with no details about a launch date in other countries.
