 The Japanese company officially announced the launch of its ultra-slim and light Excite 10 LE, previously known as Excite X10. Announced back in January at CES 2012, the slate is really an exciting piece with a nice look and great specs inside.

 Announced back in September, a smaller version of Toshiba Thrive Android tablet, the 7-inch model is available for purchase starting with December 11th. The tablet won't run Android 4.0, but you'll be able to experience Honeycomb platform for "less than 400".

 Announced back in September, Toshiba Canada officially announced via its website that this Android-powered tablet will be launch in Canada in early 2012 under the name Toshiba Excite AT200 for an unknown price.

 Toshiba has recently announced the Thrive 7-inch tablet, the little brother to the 10-inch Android-based tablet, sharing most of the same designs as the original version. It has a rubberized coating on the back with lines coming in different angles, but following the same classic and simple form factor as the first Toshiba Thrive.

 Choosing the right tablet can be a very difficult decision, one that requires a lot of prior documentation and effort. The Toshiba Thrive has recently been put up for sale, and surprisingly, it's priced quite reasonably, starting at only $429 for the 8GB model. The tablet sure doesn't impress with its design, but it makes up for all that in specs, mostly because it packs a lot of useful ports you don't usually find in other similar tablets.

 The Toshiba Thrive may be coming to Best Buy stores on July 10th, but if you're too anxious to wait until then, you can order it on Newegg's site, and also get free shipping. If you want, you can get the 8GB Honeycomb slate for $430 and receive it in two days, or choose to pay an extra $30 and have it shipped overnight.

 The Toshiba Thrive tablet was announced last month and said to become available towards the middle of July. But it appears that the slate has showed up early in some Best Buy locations around the US. For example, in Austin, Texas, the Thrive tablet has been already seen on the shelves in 16GB and 32GB versions, priced at the previously announced $480 (16GB) and $580 (32GB).

 If you've been planning on buying the Toshiba Thrive tablet, you'll be glad to know that you'll soon be able to get one, since Best Buy will be having them up for sale beginning with July 10th. The slate had already been put up for pre-order a while back, on June 13th, with the official release date scheduled for the middle of July.
